Terms of service

Cancellations/Refunds: Strictly no cancellation/refund of the commission but I have full rights to decline due to complexity, poor communication, rudeness of client, breach of terms, or lack of time to continue the artwork.Payment: First come first serve basis. (I don't accept rush commissions.) Mode of payment is Gcash (for local clients) &Paypal (intl clients). Clients must pay upfront before the work begins.Additional Fees: Additional charges may apply if (a.) the client requires another character in one canvas . (b.) Props, such as game controller, skateboards, etc.,)

Additionals:Extra Character - +25% of the original priceProps - 20% of the original price (per prop)plain backgrounds only

Revisions: You get rounds of changes before I start the coloring (maximum of 3 changes only). 4th revision/revisions that make the commission complex might have an additional fee. Keep in mind that the final sketch may be different from the final outcome as I try to improve the artwork.Updates: Updates will be during rough sketch, clean sketch/lineart, and every major rendering. Turn around time for every commission is 1-2 weeks max but less than a week if there is not much complexity. Delays might be expected if the artist is away or busy.Usage: Commissioned art will be sent through gmail with only 1 version. I have full rights to display, post the commission on my samples, social medias, portfolio, etc.Do not sell, print, alter, trace, submit to any kind of contest, or post in sites if not permitted by the artist ("Aoi").
