Terms of service
general terms:
please read intently!
Commissions are a first come, first serve basis. A commission can only start if the client has paid half or upfront. Strictly, no cancellations or refunds. But I have full rights to decline due to the following: complexity, poor communication, rudeness of client, breach of terms, etc.Should you have a change of mind and no longer wants to continue on the commission while the work is in progress, only what was worked on will be sent and no amount will be refunded.

payment:
Modes of payment: Gcash, MAYA, & Paypal.
Clients may pay either full or half UPFRONT before the work begins.
revisions:
Clients get free rounds of changes (maximum of 3 only), charges will apply once exceeded.
Kindly note that the final sketch may be different from the final outcome as I try to improve the artwork.
updates and turnaround time:
Clients shall be updated during: sketch, base color, and rendering. Turnaround time for every commission is 1 month-- or less depending on complexity and queue. (I don't accept rush commissions. Sorry!)
Do not sell, print, alter, and trace, or submit to any kind of contest/sites if not permitted by the artist ("Aoi").
